In order to transfer the technology of the pipe production and to higher the quality of the pipes produced in Iran, Tadbir Novin Sazan (TNS) Company started to cooperate with German company in production of double wall pipes and polypropylene pipe. Since then, TNS beside its common products, by execution of special and unique projects and also offering different engineering consulting has now become one of the pioneers of double wall pipe industry in the country. TNS’ products are produced based on the latest technology and scientific achievements and according to international and national standards, therefore, the highest quality of these products could be the best answer to the day-to-day growing demand of double wall pipes in different fields in the country.

In order to increase the diversity of products, to optimize the mechanical characteristics, to reduce the weight of manufactured products, and also to take advantage of up-to-date technology of the world, TNS has started to install the production line of double wall pipes with core tube size 80 mm in IRAN in 2014. Later on, in development of the company and meeting the national and international demands of the project, TNS purchased two production line from German companies, i.e. BAUKU and KRAH and launched both of them in 2017. Of important characteristics of theses production lines, producing the two-color pipes, pipes with core tube size 110 mm, and also production of pipe diameter 4000 mm can be mentioned.

Now TNS has a team of professional experts and engineers and utilized accredited laboratory and unique technology which enable it to produce over 15000 tons per year of double wall PE and PP pipes in various diameter ranging from 400mm up to 4000m.
