Water and Sewage Pipe Technology
Pipes manufactured by Tadbir Novin Sazan Company are designed and presented for gravity applications. These gravity pipes are used in sewage transmission networks and surface water collection. Production pipes are offered from 300 to 4000 mm in diameter. Extrusion, electrofusion and EPDM gaskets are used to connect pipes. The pipes can be produced with yellow, blue and other colors. Pipes with colored inner walls are usually used for better videometry. The pipes are designed for different burial conditions. Their ring stiffness covers all the required values. Pipes with ring stiffness of 31.5 kN/m2 are usually used. Also, in some projects, pipes with ring stiffness of 16 or 64 kN/m2 are used.
The pipes are designed and manufactured with 30, 50, 80 and 110 mm sizes. The pipes have spigot and socket parts for easy connection. Of course, a butt connection mode is also available. Production pipes are manufactured with up-to-date German equipment and technology. Recycled materials are not used at all in the production of these pipes.
The existing water and sewage pipe technology does not allow this. All production pipes are currently made of high density polyethylene, pipe grade PE100.
All welding equipment complies with German DVS standards. Welding is done by experienced and trained personnel. The very high quality of the sewer pipes produced by this company is quite noticeable. The company’s sewer pipes are produced with the machineries of German companies BAUKU and KRAH. Both of these product lines are German and one of the best brands in the world. Coretubes are also produced with the German UNICORE machine.
